Hello, I’m Katelyn Fay—also known as Katelyn Faena—a 30-year-old mixed media artist based in South Florida and, more truthfully, the world. My work lives at the intersection of the spiritual and the sensory, channeling the experiences of my personal life into visual language. Whether through color-rich collage, detailed pen and marker sketches, or emotionally layered paintings, experimental music/videos, diy repurposed and art-designed clothing, photography or writings, my art is a mirror of memory, longing, and soul. Each piece I create is an extension of an internal world—sometimes deep and introspective, other times playful, intuitive, or rooted in beauty and movement. I draw from dreams, music, relationships, spiritual symbolism, and the ever-shifting landscape of emotion. Nothing I make is disconnected from lived experience. Art, for me, is not just a practice—it’s a form of survival, storytelling, and connection.

My work explores themes of identity, nostalgia, femininity, healing, and transformation, often weaving in found materials, text, or symbolic references that carry emotional weight. I believe in honoring the process over perfection and letting intuition guide the hand.

welcome to my world
